We ship your order within Germany within 2-4 working days after receipt of payment. For shipping within Europe, the average delivery time is approximately 7-14 working days.

What can I do if I missed my package?
We can resend your products to you as soon as the package arrives back with us. Please note that we do not cover any shipping costs for re-deliveries.
