When manufacturing all UNIQUE LOVE design products, we ensure the highest quality and want you to be happy with your purchase from us!
If this is not the case, you have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods .

How can I return a product I don't like?
If you return an item at your own request, you will be responsible for the shipping costs and we will refund the value of the goods as soon as we receive the returned item.
Please inform us in advance of your exchange request and send us the product you wish to exchange at your own expense. After receiving the goods, we can then send you the new product you want against payment of the additional shipping costs.
How can I return a faulty or incorrect product?
If a product is defective, has errors or does not correspond to your order, you are welcome to return it to us at our expense.

What do I need to consider when returning an item?
Please use the original packaging if possible and send the package back to us at the following address: Unique Love, Bellealliancestraße 38, 20259 Hamburg. Please include your order number so that we can assign your return.
How long after purchase can I return a product?
Returns or exchanges are possible within 14 days of receipt of the order. Please inform us of yourcancellation request in writing (e.g. by email) beforehand.
How long does it take to get a refund into my account?
We will initiate the refund immediately, but no later than 14 days. Unique Love is not responsible for any delays caused by the payment partners.
